Hi all,

I received a letter through the post last week stating that as of 27th Nov I would need to change some settings in order to carry on sending/receiving emails on my business email address.

I called BT and was informed that I don't actually need to change any settings, but more so my email client. The guy said that after that date BT will no longer support Thunderbird and I would need to change to another client. I am not after all the bells & whistles from my email client like calendar, chat etc as I don't use them.

Is it correct that I will not be able to use Thunderbird like he said, or is it a case of yes I can still use it but BT will not help me if I get any email issues (never have done up til now)??

I have looked at Outlook & eM Client, which are not very userfriendly and do not allow printing of multiple emails by simply highlighting them. If I do have to change does anyone have any reccommendations of something that works similar to Thunderbird

cheers

Richard
