I have 4 x BT paragon 650 in an office.

How do I store each handsets switchboard number, ideally so it shows their name when each handset calls each other.

How do I transfer calls (from an outside line) to a handsets within the switchboard.

How do I get a call back after transferring a call to a handset. (ie when there is no answer from the other handset and you want to take a message off the caller)
