Eiligibility or misselling of Unlimited Infinity Broadband + UK call packages

I have been told twice by the business sales reps that call packages/bundles are only available for new customers.

Having read through the BT Price list it appears this is not true:

Section 59:Bundles
Part 1:Bundles
Subpart 2b:Infinity Bundles including Call Essentials with contracts signed by the customer on or after 5 February 2018
Unlimited Infinity, UK Calls and Line Bundle

Eligibility: All new customers or any existing customers that currently take only one of the Bundled Products from BT.

As I am only interested in taking one bundle 'Unlimited Infinity + UK calls' package please confirm if the sales reps are giving incorrect information.

Additionally does the type of connection make any difference FTTP vs FTTC?
