Yup, new static ip, new rdp connections all setup. The connection works and I can make a few clicks but the the connection drops. The Pc's stayed the same but the router and rdp shortcuts changed.

We've just switched over to BT from another provider and now our remote desktop connection drops after a few seconds. Both pc's are unchanged, just the BT hub. Have I missed a setting on the Hub somewhere?

Did you have a static IP set up with the previous provider ? If so that would have changed after moving over to BT Also did you have any port forwarding information entered in the previous hub that would need copying over to the BT hub to allow you to remote connect ?

I had a similar issue, if you go to Advanced > IPV6 > Configuration and disable both ULA and Allocation Mode this will allow you to RDP with no issues.
