Hi ScamptonJW

I have checked the outages and there are no issues showing in this area. Have you raised a fault with the technical helpdesk? I am unable to check this as the btconnect email address you signed up with is not found on the system

Thanks

I just wondering if any admins might be able to help me?

Our broadband in area 01522 at RAF Scampton in Lincoln has been down since Tuesday the 30th at around midday. I've been passed from pillar to post every time I call, with silly promises about "2 hours...honest guv" Last night I was told by the Indian call centre that it would be 8am this morning....well it's not true...yet another BT guess.

I was really hoping that someone (an admin maybe) might be able to go away, find some credible facts and tell me an informed decisive estimate on how long it will take to fix. I mean...someone somewhere in BT MUST know what the problem is. All I am asking for is some information....informed and accurate information! Not some guess off the top of someones head. If you physically know what the problem is, then you will have a good idea of how long it will take to fix surely?

This "2 hours" standard response is not all that great, and I would appreciate it if someone didn't just come back with a attitude of "Well lets tell him a week cus it will probably be fixed by then"

Either way, on day 4 and I still dont really have any information of what is going on
