we have no direct experience with this phone system and DialIT. we are phasing out our own Nortel system in favor of a polycom systemthat supports Dial IT. what you need is a TAPI compliant phone thatintegrates with your computer. to test whether your phone system works asa TAPI compliant system that will work with Dial IT, then download this file totest: http://www.actaddons.com/products/2005/attachments/crmfactory/phone.zip

After installing, click "Start Session" and enter a phone number in the Scheduled field. Then click "Make Call". If you can make acall your telephone system is TAPI-compatible. If not, have your telephone provider install a TAPI-compliant driver.

Note: This utility was recommended by the manufacturer of Dial IT, but has not been tested by the AddOnStore.
