    <description>&lt;P&gt;After no end of phone calls all we are being told is day after day,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;yes there is a fault and its at the exchange&amp;nbsp; but NOTHING is happening&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i am in my first year of a 3 year contract&amp;nbsp; but with constant broadband problems&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i feel i will be cancelling this contract as BT cannot deliver a service,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Every day i call i am told the same thing Engineers are looking at it,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;DONT Look&amp;nbsp; FIX IT&amp;nbsp; i am now being told same as yesterday it will be back up and running by Midnight&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;WHY midnight why not Now&amp;nbsp; as i said to the Lady on the phone, we need the internet to run our Business&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so if you cannot supply i will be calling Virgin who can supply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;AND A HELP WHICH IS TOTALLY USELESS&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
