    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This wouldn’t really be possible.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could ‘hotline’ an extension to always dial a 9 when it is picked up but this would mean it could not make an internal call.&amp;nbsp; This can also not be done on extension 20.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Versatility Featurephones have line keys along the bottom that can be used instead of a ‘9’.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the phones you are using have memory keys where a number is stored you could store a 9 under one of these and use that key to emulate the line keys on the featurephones.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately the Versatility does not do the same as the Lucent system, as soon as you dial a valid number it rings what you have dialled.&amp;nbsp; I.e if you pick up the phone and dial 0 it will ring group 11, if you dial 21 it will ring extension 21 immediately, if you dial 180 it will ring group 01 immediately.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kind Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Fiona&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BT Business Forum Moderator&lt;/P&gt;</description>
