    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please can someomne explain why the promised December 2010 data has suddenly slipped to June 2011 ?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; The date was given to me both online and in calls to support desks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the implementation project is running that far behind already then perhaps BT should be investing in some better project managers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ALSO,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why when I do an online check does it tell me my lines are not with BT?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I have tried three seperate numbers that are used here, and I have the BT bill in front of me and it responds with the same message each time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is starting demonstrate that BT "are loosing the plot" - inaccurate data bases, empty promises, no information and customers just left hanging.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
