Currently users on the Lucent system do not need to dial a "9" to access external lines, IE they simply dial "0800 800 154" rather than "9 0800 800 154". The system distinguishes between internal extensions and external extensions by waiting a short while and seeing if more keys are pressed.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Is it possible to do the same on a BT Versatility system, and if so how?
