      <title>Internet light gone from router.. changed router still not internet</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;just when you think things cant worse business wise my broadband connection has stopped, internet light has gone from router, changed router still nothing, I need broadband to process online payments and talking to fault reprting&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is like banging yo0ur head against brick wall. you know they are reading from a script, anything not on the script throws them. son is at home i am out of country and even though have master filtered socket fitted by bt 4 weeks ago they still want to go through stupid processes of undoing socket blah blah.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is this a line fault? as router has been changed&amp;nbsp; all leads been changed stupid operator made son wipe out static dns&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;address given to stablize line and doesnt know the number to put back when realizes its not that problem great support!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
