    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi RichW and Smartmt&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have checked with&amp;nbsp;the&amp;nbsp;Versatility team and they have said this isn’t a common problem.&amp;nbsp; It has only been seen occasionally and only ever&amp;nbsp;in the circumstances described in my previous reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately It isn’t possible to offer any other answer to what is causing the issue without carrying out some diagnostics.
