BT Versatility BBM+ and V-IP Featurephones

Hi,

I hope somebody can help me, I have a BT Versatility system that has been working fine for a year or so now, and we have decided to upgrade it to enable people to work from home.

We have got the BBM Plus module that is supposed to allow 12 endpoints, and I have set it up to use one BT broadband voice trunk, however when I go into configure endpoint types, I only get two options for each endpoint: Trunk or Inactive.

Why can't I select ITP Extension?!

Not sure if this makes any difference, but I am using the system in conjunction with my existing LAN, and have this connected to the Eth / DMZ port on the module.

Hopefully somebody else will have a similar issue and will be able to tell me how to resolve it!
