    <description>&lt;P&gt;Had major problem with&amp;nbsp; one of our phone lines which is our business broadband line.&amp;nbsp; Problem started Friday 4th Feb. 9 am BT had line back up and running within couple of hours but when calling out on the re connected line caller id showed a completely different telephone number, we were told this was nothing to be concerned about and they would have this resolved along with&amp;nbsp;the broadband connection by Saturday.&amp;nbsp; Its now Wednesday spent several hours on the phone to BT still no progress.&amp;nbsp; How saying its a mapping problem as our broadband line has been lost!&amp;nbsp; Been promised return calls with updates, still waiting.&amp;nbsp; Been a satisfied customer for over 25 years at a loss how to rectify problem.&amp;nbsp; Business suffering without Broadband.&amp;nbsp; Would be great for BT to let us know what's going on.&amp;nbsp; Feel like we are in a loop very frustrating as no one is actually telling us anything concrete.&amp;nbsp; Who can we ask for help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
