I have been miss-sold a Broadband product

To say I am fed up of BT is an understatement...I have been a loyal BT customer for 20 years +.

I recently regraded my business grade broadband to include ADSL2 as my exchange has been upgraded..

Well so I thought.. So today is activation day and guess what... my speed has not changed ! 😞

I get 7.8 mbps on an 8mb line.

So after nearly 5 hours on the phone to various departments, it turns out that my exchange is after all not ADSL2 yet.

So I have signed a new 2 year contract and not got what I have been sold.

BT say the exchange is due an upgrade within a few months but cant say definitely when or even tell me how fast I will get .. not even an estimate.

No one in BT knows what is really going on as it seems everyone uses a different system.

REALLY REALLY fed up of BT and am seriously considering moving to virgin as I bet I can get 50mb installed and running for cheaper faster that BT can get me an answer or solution...

If only my web site and email wasnt on BT servers otherwise I would do it right now..... 😞 😞 😞
