Where do you access and configure the Work Space Lite Extranet?

I'm really sorry I'm not sure what you mean by 'Work Space Lite Extranet', and cannot find details of this service on the BT Business site. Can you please explain further, so we can try and offer some advice with this.

When the line was activated, I received an email regards to BT Openzone and enabling my entitled vouchers. Once I enabled my entitlement, there was a link on the screen saying I could log onto my Work Space Lite Extranet. When I clicked on the link, the page came back in error.

It says "

Remember to also activate your BT Workspace Lite

When you order BT Business Total Broadband, you can also sign-up for a FREE extranet (BT Workspace Lite) which helps you to share and store documents with suppliers, customers, and employees."

When I click on 'More Info', the web page can't be found.

I am really sorry, BT Workspace was removed from BT Business Product portfolio quite a while ago. I am going to private mail you with my email address, could you please forward me a copy of the mail and i can get this logged with BT Business. There is either a mistake with the welcome email, or there is a new product through Openzone and we will need to get you the details of it.

If you can send me the information i can look into this for you, Sorry for any confusion.
