Please BT will you update the BT Business 2701HGV Hub, still cannot download large files of my megashares account without connection dropping. I've had a second modem sent through which Ive paid for and still the same problem. I know it is a fault with the 2701 because when i put my Belkin modem in it does not disconnect and downloads fine but I want the 2701 to work "better speeds".

Can this please be solved.
