Hi.

This is a message to the moderators.

My Dad has just moved houses. We notified the BT moving team on Tuesday 1st of march that we are moving- The very "helpful" person notified my Dad's fiance that we do not need a business line. Then they were called again and someone explained we needed a Business line in order to have our broadband, However the house we moved from had a residential line, so obviously this is a load of b*llsh*t. Talk about confusing!!

A further call was made on the 8th march to BT in regards to the broadband being "switched on". BT residential said they could transfer us to them. BT then say they can't due to us being on BT business and we don't end are contract until somepoint next year.

15th march phone call to tell BT to cancel line order. Then it was transfered to residential.

Everyday since then there has been a phone call to BT to find out what's happening.

Today (30th) another call was made to BT have said they will endeavor to get us switched on today. Then they change it to the 6th of april! Another call was made with a general query of when we wil actually get broadband, (It's being "fast tracked" for friday) Only because we theatened to cancel, and if we do you can whistle for your termination fee's. . I strongly doubt they will turn us on. Not being funny, But a few calls have ended up with the supervisor who has said they will get it sorted, The order gets made almost everytime we ring up! And it is getting very annoying.

Can a moderator find out what is going on.?!

Thank you.

Jacob B
