ADSL went down today at 11:26 from the soutwark exchange

Came back up 2 hours later, but ping time was now averaging 5000mS, both inbound (to our servers) and outbounf (from our LAN)

Rebooted modem, to no avail -still slow

Went back down at lunch time for about 20 mins, then back up again.

BT support have told me the exchange in question is no longer on their list of "problematic" sites, but to have a business broadband package down for effectively a whole working day is ludicrous...especially when the only information available on the status page is that there is "a problem". You don't say 😛

Well service was resumed at 32kbps up and down (so unuasble to all intents and purposes), but has been down completely for the last 4 hours

I've spoken to all kinds of people at BT, who are all very helpful, but none of whom can provide an immediate fix, nor a definite time for resolution.

For a business broadband product this is beyond attrocious - while everyone is apprently doing their best, at the end of the day all I care about is if a product can be provided - and it seems BT can not provide that service - even to a modern premesis mere metres from the BT central london HQ 😛

approaching the 48 hour mark since initial problems started....still no connection

In what way is this a Business product?
