      <description>&lt;P&gt;Stevie09, there is a hardware re-set button on the rear of the Hub, near the power socket.&amp;nbsp; It's recessed, so you will have to use a bent paperclip or similar in order to operate it.&amp;nbsp; It needs to be held in until the power light goes out and then the router will re-start, self test etc.&amp;nbsp; It does return the Hub to it's factory settings and you will need to re-enter your broadband login details, along with any other configuration you have set up yourself.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you have any difficulty with this, contact the hlepdesk on: 0845 600 7020 Option 2.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
