Hi snazy2000,

To get the firmware of the business hub upgraded, if you contact the helpdesk they can put you in contact with the network/ethernet team who can get this done for you.

Ive seen other posst on the forum and Staff ask for the serial of the HUB ad they contac them for them. Didnt know if that was possible as i wont be home or a week. 😕 Let me know thanks

MarkP is correct, snazy2000, you really will need to contact the helpdesk. For one thing, it may be necessary to replace the Hub.
