    <description>&lt;P&gt;Go to your control panel then change the custom greeting. I don't how your VoIP works, but others like RingCentral has their web user interface that allow user to configure and set up customize greetings. It can be a recorded one or the defaults greetings.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
