      <title>Broadband tries to connect twice</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After connecting to the net, the broadband connection box launches and says it is connecting, I cancel and close the box but this action checks the "work offline" option in tools. I then have to uncheck this box before I can continue. Any idea how to stop the broadband connection box from launching please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
