    <description>&lt;P&gt;Broadband was already up and running round my connection date about 10 March 2011, however, just received email saying: Thanks for requesting a change to your broadband service....&amp;nbsp;Your new broadband minimum term is 24 months starting from 20/05/2011﻿.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Other than when it first went live, have been unable to use it at all as it connects to router but it will not pick up the internet.&amp;nbsp; Unfortunately am not at the broadband location during BT's office hours telephone help line mon-fri closes at 6pm.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone from BT please make sure you're not setting up another Broadband account for me please?&amp;nbsp; Its taken me 3 months to get my initial requests sorted out and now this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
