Hi, i,m having problems with my router, which is continually having to be (using the bt repair software)unplugged and rebooted to access the internet and my voip line keeps dropping and goes dead and when my landline rings, it also ring the voip phone when the internet is not accessable.

I also have the router configured from remote access to my cctv and have to enter the user defined firewall settings after the reboot as it loses all the configuration settings including my password to the router.

I,m thinking the router is definatly on its way out ! Do bt supply a replacement foc ?
