    <description>&lt;P&gt;your correct - Once your broadband is disconnected it can take a few days to get back up to speed. I take it it's now ok, if not I'd report it as a fault.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BT won't contact you regarding any pole work, unless it's on your land. If they had to contact everybody whose line they worked on &amp;amp; wait for their ok- work would never get done. They would have changed the pole for an engineering reason&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Arrived home the other morning to find Open Reach installing a new telegraph pole 2 houses away and attaching new phone lines. Since then my business broadband is dead slow, like dial up and phone is working okay.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have rebooted BT madem several times in 24 hours and still having the same problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Contacted support by e.mail but not heard a thing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ani ideas.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sure i have read before that this may take a few days before i am back upto speeds i had prior - 4 mb&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advice or ideas.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pretty annoyed that BT never wrote or contacted me about this work especially as i am a business customer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
