fibreoptic b b and credit card machine wont work

can anyone help i have a credit card machine on my broad band for four years woking fine , i have just had bt infinty installed and now the card machine cannot dial out

i have checked the machine on another line and its fine

the fax machine on the same line is working fine and there is a dial tone

any ideas

Generally speaking, this is not necessarily related to the fact that you now have FTTC. We are aware that some credit card readers can have difficulty with ADSL lines. We don't recommend that these devices are used on any kind of ADSL line. The same can be true of some digital FAX machines as well as digital TV decoders.

The fact that it worked with your previous ADSL line but not with your Fibre broadband is unfortunate.
