Any customer who tries to contact the helpdesk via the Live Chat Option may encounter difficulty if they are using Internet Explorer 9. If Compatibility mode is not enabled, you may not see the advisor's responses. For advice about Compatibility mode, see this:

Some Web sites may not behave as expected in Internet Explorer

NB: This can solve other issues you may have when visiting certain websites.
