topic Avida aka Element Manager in Archive https://business.forums.bt.com/t5/Archive/Avida-aka-Element-Manager/m-p/13556#M437 <P>Hi we've just ordered our BT Versatility system.&nbsp; The salesman said the system came with some software that needs loading onto the PC called Element Manager which I was lead to believe was an easier way to change the autoattendant message, set up the directory for Caller Line Identification etc.&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>When the engineer rang to confirm the installation date.&nbsp; He said he had not heard of the Element Manager software so I checked back with our Local Business Consultant who said he may know it as Avida software, but no the engineer does not know it by this name either.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Can anyone tell me the correct name for the software? Do they use it?
