New Router Problems

Hi, I've managed to create a mess when installing a new Netgear 150N router in place of my existing BT Business Hub - if someone can assist with the below information it would be greatly appreciated.

Apparently I need to locate the below information: -

- Host & Domain Name

- Internet Login Name & Password ( I appreciate this is something I may of set up previously, however how can I get a reminder?)

- Domain Name Server (DNS) Addresses

- Fixed or static IP Address

I'm installing the router to iMacs for am told this info cannot be automatically configured on the router and thus needs to be manually inputted - however all of this means nothing to me with my limited IT knowledge (I mean none!)
