Openzone access

Hi,

I seem to remember when signing up to Btbusiness broadband that I got free minutes to use on any openzone? how do I use these? tried signing in with my account details but it didn't work.

You should have received an email with your User ID and Password

It will be sent to your Primary email address - the one that matches the account name.

MHC is correct, generally speaking, your login is your primary e-mail address (omit the @btconnect.com part) and password. If you have any further difficulty, please Contact Us
