    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #333333; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;How on earth do you manage to contact someone in authority or&lt;BR /&gt;register a complaint with this lot?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #333333; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;﻿&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #333333; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;The only thing they give on the web site for complaints is a&lt;BR /&gt;phone number and when you eventually get through to someone you get told they&lt;BR /&gt;don't have a complaints department and you should you use the web!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #333333; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;﻿&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #333333; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;Can anyone give me a way of getting through to someone who has&lt;BR /&gt;some ability to resolve problems? Placing orders and getting install dates is&lt;BR /&gt;easy but when they fail to materialise time after time they all stop responding&lt;BR /&gt;so I am hoping someone who has been through this may have some helpful&lt;BR /&gt;suggestions.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #333333; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;﻿&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #333333; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;Thanks &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It seems that the only way to complain is to write to:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BT Customer Service Manager&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BT Customer Correspondence Centre&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Durham&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;DH98 1BT&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Although, I have only just written to them yesterday so I don't know how long they will take to reply . . . if at all!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
