    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Marty,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BT Business don't offer BTVision, this is a residential product so is only visable on the Products and services page for &lt;A href="http://www.productsandservices.bt.com/consumerProducts/displayCategory.do?categoryId=CON-TV-I" target="_blank"&gt;residential services&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The residential Forum has a seperate board for &lt;A href="http://bt.custhelp.com/app/hub/c/348" target="_blank"&gt;BT Vision enquiries&lt;/A&gt;.       <description>&lt;P&gt;All I wanted to do was to find out which tv channels I get if I switch to BT.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your website doesn't tell me, and the 'contact us' option ends in a frustratying round of ticking box after box and getting nowhere. Sorry, this is not good enough. I don't want to deal with an organisation that seems deliberately to make communication difficult. I don't see why I should have to log in to tell you this. I would have thought that by definition a 'sales enquiry' might come from a new customer. I just want to know what you have to offer. You don't want to tell me. you do not inspire confidence.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have only bothered to contact you because you annoyed me intensely by wasting 20 minuts of my time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;goodbye BT, until you get your act together.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
