topic BROADBAND NOT WORKING AGAIN !!! in Archive

I had broadband installed in April 2011. It worked for one day before BT mistakenly switched the service off. I then had to wait a further thjree weeks for an engineer to switch it back on. Since then I have had about 15 engineers out to my office and have had about two days a week use of Broadband. I have had to send staff home on at least 20 days, costing my company a fortune. Each time an engineer comes out he finds a fault which is then repaired. The Broadband works for a couple of days before again going down. Every time I now call the matter is 'escalated' but still not resolved. yet again an engineer came out last week, as they did the week before. This afternoon I have no braodband again at I have again shut up early.

If I ran business this way I would expect to go out of business very quickly.

I have rung the number I was given for a supervisor called LISA, no reply. I have rung the fault line and humg on my mobile for 15 minutes with no reply.

I am now at my wits end.
