Access to BT Openzone

I work away from home during the week. My laptop is picking up a BT Openzone 'station' and the landing page tells me that if i am a BT Broadband customer I can have free access to Openzone. Does that apply to BB customers as well, and if so how can I connect? I tried entering my BB logon and password but it didn't work.

My Username and password were sent to me just after I signed up - they do not resemble your normal username and password.

One condition of free access is that you have openzone enabled on your router at home/work so others can use your connection (but not your network or allowance).

Mine is turned ON and I see no traffic on it - but given my location and distance from any road or path it is unlikely although when he had problems with his connection, I believe mey neighbour used mine!

i am unable to register for openzone as I receive a message that my product is not an authorised product???

Please unscramble this for me and let me have the appropriate keys.

As well as the 08.... number then 0330 123 3000 will put you through to Openzone - option 2 for Business Customers
