My business broadband was upgraded at the exchange on 4/10. An immediate slow down in service was noticed along with many websites simply refusing to load (and no error messages). Ping tests show popular sites that do load at circa 25ms and sites not loading from 100ms upwards with no dropped packets. Raised two faults that have been closed without any reference whatsoever to me. Was told via a chat session that it can take 10 days to stabilise - 12 days on still the same. Chat session carried out checks and no fault found. The initial problem is bad enough but customer service lowers the bar in terms of competence and caring. Time to move to another ISP - any recommendations?
