      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At a guess you are on ADSL Max (up to 8Mbps) which has a download speed of 448kbps which translates to around 380kbps actual data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do BT offer ADSL2+ on your exchange?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; If so and you upgrade then you would get around 900kbps upload.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or - if it is still available BT did have a Max Premium product which gave 832kbps upload - but sacrificed some download to achieve it.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; You would need a sales adviser who really does know teh products.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
