    <description>&lt;P&gt;Since the firmware upgrade to 6.3.9.63-plus.tm we cannot access CCTV camera's on another site does anyone know of changes that the firmware update has made that will have caused this&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;CCTV camera's are Swann and the our local router is a 2wire BT2700HGV 2701-100589-005&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm not aware of any change that would cause this, port access is port access and should work regardless. You can check the Settings&amp;gt; Logs&amp;gt; Firewall Log (latest entries at the bottom) to see if the port rules are being actioned ok, should say 'session matches user pinhole, packet passed'. If you like you can give us a call while on-site and we can remotely access yourself and check the router settings to ensure the port rules are still in place and correct after the upgrade.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Please can you check your port forwarding and report the details&amp;nbsp;back.&amp;nbsp; Can you also tell me the model of Swann system that you have.&amp;nbsp; I have a couple of them and got mine working yesterday with no issues.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
