      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know roughly how long we will be without broadband for while BT Infinity is being installed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just thinking about putting an auto responder message on to let people know who email in that we are unable to read or respond but it depends how long it is down for!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers for any help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It would be a nice suggestion if there's a notification email sent to users whenever there's a planned maintenance or maybe an outage.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
