    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After a calamity of errors from BT on our order we placed at the end of December we have finally had our connection connected. However we are experience a very slow connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not overly happy with the service so far from BT so would appreciate someone looking into this for me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have spoken to an advisor who advised the line should be at a speed of 6.5mb but the line could be settling down still. Will wait another 5 days and see if it improves&lt;/P&gt;</description>
