Why are you mis selling me a "recommended package for you?

Please look at it on My BT and read all the text your colleagues have added to my account following numerous phone calls I have made today where no one in BT will take ownership of my query

If you give me your email address I will send you a screen shot of the conflicting BT offer
Kingly reply ASAP as I wish to upgrade my broadband package by 31 August 2015
