Problems in West Byfleet, Surrey.

Had problems all day with disconnects etc - Can't even make it through a game of MW3 at the moment... are there any reported faults in the Area? Phoning India is just to painful to even think about right now Gggrrr

I would like to suggest you to speak with the local service provider for your problem. They will update you about the current status and why it is happening. Moreover please check your internet connection wire if it is tightly fixed and not loosely connected

As you are a BT Residential Customer you may be better posting in te Residential forums rather than the BT Business forums.
