Where to find traffic stats?

Having recently moved to BT Business broadband, Infinity, I am rather surprised to find that I cannot

seem to see how to find out how much download/upload we are using?

Please tell me I am being silly and just missing the link on the BT site?

If you mean real time BW consumption, I think you need a third party software to do this. If you are asking for the quoted speed, it should be available in your account portal.

Hi,

There isn't a user checker on business just now. They claim there's one being made, but that's been years now.

Send an email to liteusage@btbroadbandoffice.com with the following info:

- Broadband account details (BB phone number preferably)

- Period you want checked

- Answer to security

Worked for Jonesy.

Thanks Dave. Thats pretty amazing that they don't have provide a simple way checking those figures. I would expect

of all people, BT would offer this.

Hi,

You would think that wouldn't you? Quite depressing tbh.

Oh one other thing I would suggest, and that is to download and use something like Networx to check the usage from your side. There are others, but I've used that one for ages and never had any issues. It doesn't measure anything outside your computer (phones connected via wireless, etc.) but it's handy when you want to get an idea of what's going out.
