Outlook downloads

Sorry if this has been asked before.

When I get an outlook email with a link in one form or another to a web site/PDF etc in the text, I just get a blank page.

Tried double clicking and right click-open. Not luck with either.

Used to work ok

A couple of things to try...

1. Open Internet Explorer
Go to Tools / Internet Options
Click on the Programs tab
Click on the Reset Web Settings button

2. You could try this tool...

Note: I have not used this myself but some others have reported success in similar situations to yourself. If unsure about this tool please do not use.
