Hi I have come to this thread as an last resort I joined bt broadband after leaving sky tv (wish i hadn't) around 15 days ago & have had nothing but problems since Everyday when I connect to the internet the broadband aftertime or even straight away disconnects from the net This is very expensive to myself as I need my internet access for work so cant work without it. Give time I call your call centre they go through the softly softly way of getting me to do the same checks everytime, send new filters etc... and they also don't what to send a engineer out... which after around 6 attempts you would think they would need to (bt check the log for proof) Only online just now as am using my friends t-mobile stick please help or just fix my problem rather than just saying sorry everything and not doing anything about it Running a SEO and search marketing company I will have no choice than to set up micro sites to explain to future clients the problem they could face by switching back or join bt broadband if this isn't getting fixed soon.

uk phone system ren = 4

each device usually equates to 1 ren, more than 4 ren, problems occur, that used to be how it worked, not sure if that is still the same though

when i said socket i meant on the phone line
