BT Infinity for Business - upgrade to unlimited

Hi,

I currently have a BT infinity for Business plan with a 100GB usage limit for £30 per month. I recently received a message that I have reached 80 percent of my usage limit.

I called the customer service to upgrade and they said that no upgrade option is available for BT infinity for Business. They put me to a technical support person and he said there is an option called BT infinity for Business fibre Plus option which will cost £45 per month. This plan is no where advertised, so I am not sure what options are available.

What is strange is that the BT website says that I can upgrade for £5 per month for unlimited usage.

Could somebody help me to see what options I have to upgrade to an unlimited BT infinity Business plan and how to upgrade.

Its very disappointing that BT provides no tools for business users to monitor the usage.

The link looks legit. I think the representative was just confused. Try to call them again and give them this link and see what they think about it.
