The trial is an Openreach trial, not a BT retail trial and so it is unlikely that any sales team would know about it, especially at my favourite telco /sarcasm.

There is a document here that details where the trial will be running.

We will be involved in the trial which will take place in the following locations: Bradwell Abbey, Highams Park, Ilford Central, Leytonstone, York and Wembley.

We will contact customers who are eligible for these new speeds.
