Getting BT infinity fixed - waited two months so far for an engineer appointment

I thought I would try here to see if anyone at openreach can get an enginner to come and fix the FTTC connection in my office

I am so sick of calling I now have managed to learn the BB phone number

The BB number is 02087738953

Our connection speed is around 1MB

Maybe if you had used the Infinity Helpdesk on 0800 1693809 you might have got a faster response.

I have that number too. My colleague was able to talk to a tech support. I would give that number a try.

Ive been trying callling the helpdesk every day or two since the problem appeared - they are unable to help as they cannot book an enginner visit because the computer says no
