Checking the logs w would be the first step here. And I would double check the IP on that repeater, if it has one set, there could be an IP conflict here.

But I would check the logs first.

Hi All, would really appreciate any insight on this... Have the new business hub 3 on an infiinty 2 package (80Mb down 20mb up)... all used to work absolutely fine, but in the last two days (ever since I attahed a buffalo airstation as a repeater which used to work fine), the router crashes if I try to click on "BT Access Control"... Everything works fine whilst it is on, I just cannot view the devices on my network... crashes the moment I try to admin it. Just crashes, all lights go off, then it goes through the reconnection process (usually takes a few minutes)... Any insights? Anyone else had this problem?

OK, I since reset the hub to factory settings and have switched off the repeater... its all connected again and with the repeater switched off I can get to the access control...

reset the repeater to defaults and reset it up and now all seems fine...

I wonder if there was some sort of IP conflict??? If so, the hub failed.

Thank you though...
A
