How do you upgrade to Infinity option 2???

As per subject, can someone advise? I've tried calling with no luck so far and jut get passed around, no one seems to know what I'm talking about. I can clearly see I can get the service I already have infinity 10/40 I just want to upgrade to 20/80, I've done a check and it tells me I can get faster speed than currently but there is no option to upgrade. If I was a residential user it seems very easy, just login to site fill in details and upgrade! Why so difficult for business customers!!?

Thanks but i've already tried this its for home users only and not business, there is not option like this for business users.

You need to speak to your account manager if you have one - I had the same problem last week, but went through BTB sales and they passed me through to my Account Manager. I confirmed my request with her via email, and she arranged it for me. Hopefully live tomorrow (17th May)!
